HUDbud is a small, family-run sports photography business. Many of the people in our photos are kids, so we keep this simple and careful.

What we collect

• When you buy photos: your email address and payment details are collected by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. We keep your email, the photos you bought and the order amount so you can download your photos and we can help if something goes wrong.
• When you send an inquiry: the name, email and details you type into the form, so we can reply.
• No accounts, no ads, no tracking. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Photos of young athletes

• Game galleries are not listed in search engines. Some are protected with an access code.
• Photos are shown with a watermark. Full-quality files are released only to people who purchased that photo.
• To help families find their athlete, Hudson may use software that runs on his own computer to read jersey numbers and group similar photos. It does not use facial recognition, does not send photos to any outside AI service, and a person reviews every group before it appears to customers. Customers see “Player #12”, not a child’s name, unless the family agrees to a name being shown.

Remove a photo

If you would like a photo of you or your child taken down or hidden, email thegrellingfamily@gmail.com with the gallery and, if you can, the photo. A parent reads every message and we will remove it promptly. No reason needed.

Services we use

Cloudflare (website hosting and photo storage), Stripe (payments) and Formspree (inquiry form). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
